AI Slop Blocker (“AI Slop Blocker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an early-stage website and planned browser extension for filtering low-effort AI content from social feeds. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Research form information. If you join the research list, we collect the email address you submit, selected platform preferences, page path, submission time, and basic technical information such as browser user-agent and Cloudflare request metadata needed for security and abuse prevention.

Planned extension information. The planned MVP is local-first. Visible feed text should be processed in your browser by default. We do not intend to upload your feed text unless a future optional feature clearly asks for your permission.

Automatically collected website data. Hosting and security providers may process standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.

3. How we use information

• To operate the research signup form.
• To contact you about beta access or product research if you opted in.
• To understand which platforms users want supported first.
• To protect the site from spam, abuse, and security issues.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the site, such as Cloudflare for hosting/security and Resend for server-side email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Research signup information may be retained while we evaluate demand, contact early users, and run the beta. You may request removal from the research list at any time.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect submitted information. The research form sends email through a server-side endpoint using server-side secrets. Email addresses are not stored in browser localStorage, public CSV files, or static site files.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to remove your email from the research list. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information.

9. Children’s privacy

AI Slop Blocker is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. International users

If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. The effective date above will reflect the latest version.
